"As a family of 7 with 3 small Keiki, we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday here at Napili Bay. The condo/house size, layout, comfort, and amenities were more than we expected which made our stay so easy and effortless! Everything was clean and homely, comfortable beds, awesome back patio with BBQ, and the beach is so close we easily walked our little ones there with the provided folding wagon. The security of the property gate and garage were especially appreciated, although this area is the coolest mix of local and touristy and we felt safe. Epic Realty is responsive, friendly, and we did not feel burdened by having to leave the place immaculate or anything (just basic, easy cleaning). There were plenty of beds with the couch included, very comfortable mattresses, enough towels since there's a washer and dryer, bathroom amenities, dishes, nice pots and pans, toilet paper etc. We already want to go back and will absolutely consider Epic Realty again! -Alison McBade"

"The Royal Jewel is in a fantastic location. Just down from the whalers village. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. We were in Hawaii for a wedding and even held a small bridal luncheon in the condo, and the kitchen has all the tools needed to cook what I needed to cook. We loved the grills down by the pool, and the ability to not have to go out each night and enjoy sitting around near the beach grilling out and watching the sunset. Would definitely come back again. Thanks for sharing your property with us! Mahalo! "

" Cimi was great from the very beginning, even before we got to Maui. She is very proactive and responsive to all our questions with informative answers. She gave us an analysis of the homes that were sold and currently on the market. She had our interest at heart, suggesting an offer to the sellers that was fair to them and to us. Beautiful Sunsets

"We stayed in this unit for 6 nights it has been tastefully remodeled and redecorated. The sunset in the evening was gorgeous either from the lanai or a very short step to the beach, walked the beach every day. Helen was super accommodating also had laundry soap available in the unit. Great views and location in Kahana

"The rental property was excellent. The unit was well-maintained, and the Honua Kai is wonderful. We spent a ton of time enjoying the beach and the gorgeous views of Molokai and Lanai. The view from the balcony isn't the greatest because of the construction next door, but having the balcony is a huge plus and you can see the ocean from it as well as the mountain. The doors to the balcony also open completely giving a nice indoor/outdoor feel to the unit. I highly recommend staying here!"

6 days in Maui

"My husband and I ended a 3 month ski road trip with a week on Maui. It was a great way to relax, rest, and get ready for our normal life once again. The condo was perfect for 2 adults and we really enjoyed the location. The coffee shop was just a short walk in the morning (very friendly staff who remembered our order after the 2nd day) and Boss Frog's was also a short walk from the condo. We rented snorkeling gear and booked our whale watching through them. Everything went really well. The staff at Royal Kahuna were friendly, helpful and "practicing aloha". We would definitely recommend this unit."
